Terms of Service

Booster Bell is operated by Fern Supply LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use Booster Bell. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Booster Bell does

Booster Bell sends live notifications about Pokémon and One Piece TCG product availability, store queues, and new products and sets. Alerts are based on information from retailers' official sources and reports from members. Alerts marked as member reports come from other members, not from the store, and may be wrong. Stock can sell out within seconds, so we can't guarantee that a product will still be available when you act on an alert, that every restock will be detected, or that every alert will arrive instantly.

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, live alerts stop unless you subscribe.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Plans are $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year and is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If we ever change prices, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in the app under Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we don't give partial refunds for unused time.

Fair use

• Keep your account to yourself. Don't share it, resell alerts, or republish them automatically.
• Only report what you've seen yourself. Don't submit false queue or stock reports, or try to disrupt, overload, or get around the security of the service.
• Booster Bell doesn't buy products for you, and you're responsible for following each retailer's own rules when you shop.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Community chat

Booster Bell includes group chat rooms for members. Chat is for adults only: you must be 18 or older to join. When you use chat, you agree to these community rules:

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying.
• No buying, selling, trading, or payment requests between members, and no asking anyone to pay you or send money.
• Keep conversations on Booster Bell. Don't share or ask for phone numbers, emails, social media handles, or other apps.
• Only link to official retailer websites. Don't post other links.
• No spam, advertising, or impersonating Booster Bell staff or other members.
• Only share stock information you've seen yourself.

We filter messages automatically and members can report and block others. We may hide or remove messages, and mute or remove chat access for anyone who breaks these rules. Never send money or personal information to someone you met in chat. Booster Bell isn't responsible for arrangements members make with each other. Messages are deleted after 30 days.

Not affiliated

Booster Bell is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Bandai, Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or any retailer. Pokémon, One Piece and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Booster Bell may earn a commission when you buy through links to some retailers.

Liability

Booster Bell is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for missed purchases, price changes, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
